We recognise the potentially disruptive nature of undertaking works in live environments and therefore plan our visits in advance to suit the needs of our customers and their staff. We not only deliver services which meets legislative and client requirements, but also leave the workplace operational through the completion of repairs whilst on site.
All of our engineers have City and Guilds electrical qualifications and are fully competent to carry out PAT testing in our customers workplace. We provide robust and effective testing with an aim to complete minor repairs for as many of the failed appliances as possible. All our engineers carry minor spares; such as fuses, plug tops and cable, allowing repairs at the time of inspection. This saves both time and money, mitigating the need to arrange a return visit to complete the job. Where items fail beyond minor repairs, we issue a failure report on the day of the visit, and ensure these items are taken out of service until either a repair or disposal can be arranged.
